Privacy policy
Sovereign Industrials is operated by Tom Gleeson in Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and when you contact us, and how we look after it. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- When you visit this site. The site has no forms, no advertising and no analytics or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our font provider (Google Fonts) process technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site securely.
- When you email us. Your name and contact details, and any information you choose to share about yourself or your business.
- During a transaction. If we progress a conversation about a business, we may collect further information about the business and the people involved. We do this under a confidentiality agreement.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, to assess whether a business is a fit, and to work through a possible transaction with you and your advisers. We do not use it for marketing lists, and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
We share information only when we need to, and only with:
- our professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants
- investors who are considering backing a transaction, under confidentiality
- service providers that host our email and website
- anyone we are required to share it with by law.
Storage and security
Our email runs on Microsoft 365 and this website runs on Cloudflare. Both may store data in data centres outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, and we delete it when we no longer need it.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
